Description Please note that Paxton Pro software requires a Paxton-approved installer for installation of this software, and this will be performed by Mere UK Ltd a Platinum Paxton Registered Installer. This onsite installation service covers only the installation of the Paxton Pro software and no other equipment will be installed by our engineer. Any equipment incorrectly installed or not recognized by the Paxton Pro Software will not be covered as part of this installation service. In normal business hours we accommodate installations (Monday to Friday only) excluding UK Bank holidays within 2 – 3 weeks of a cleared payment for this service (dates must always be confirmed with the Mere UK attending Engineer). We can diagnose and fault-find Paxton systems at an additional cost, to be agreed with our engineer before their visit. Installation dates are issued at the sole discretion of Mere UK Ltd and will be confirmed with you via email before any attending Engineer visit. Any additional work needs to be agreed upon and paid for in advance on the day of their visit.
